Overview
6ix4our is custom apparel company, therefore, all products are unique and produced only once ordered. We stand the right of refusal on all returns and exchanges in the event that a customer orders the wrong size, color, or simply changes their mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a *manufacturing error, 6ix4our offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team at info.6ix4our@gmail.com and provide a clear photo and/or video showing the issue.
If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same or different design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
Please note that 6ix4our will not be held responsible and will not offer reprints or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund, at at the discretion of 6ix4our.
*There is a tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will promptly notify you via email of its status. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be full-priced and in their original, unused condition. Sale items, including items marked as ‘final sale,’ are not refundable. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Shipping Returns
All return products must first be verified and accepted before shipment by customer service team. Return to sender orders without prior verification will not be eligible for a refund. Please refer to our “Overview” and “Refund” section for additional information regarding orders.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
The time it takes for a replacement to arrive after a return may vary depending on your location. It is highly recommended that a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance is used for high-value returns. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the receipt or location of your returned item.
